As I step into week six of Project 75, marking the halfway point of this transformative journey, I'm excited to share not just my progress but also a major milestone in my fitness career.
Strength Gains & Energy Levels
Week five has been remarkable in terms of physical progress. The consistent training is really showing its effects – I'm noticeably stronger and experiencing higher energy levels throughout my days. These improvements validate the structured approach I've been following.
Exciting Launch: "Body Batter" Program
This week marked a significant milestone with the Wednesday launch of my program "Body Batter" – a 12-week comprehensive guide to tone, build, and sculpt the booty. This program holds a special place in my heart as it's built from my personal fitness journey. By sharing this blueprint, I'm offering others the opportunity to develop a booty that works for their unique body type.
Training Strategy Moving Forward
As I enter week six, I'm maintaining my current weights before planning an increase in week seven. However, I'm keeping a mindful approach to this progression, particularly considering my menstrual cycle. As a woman who lifts, it's crucial to acknowledge that our strength and energy levels fluctuate with our cycles. I may need to adjust weights in week seven depending on where I am in my cycle – and that's perfectly okay. Listening to our bodies is just as important as pushing them.
Nutrition Updates
The journey to increase my protein intake continues to be a bit challenging, but I'm committed to pushing through. It's a gradual process, and I'm learning to be patient with this aspect of my nutrition.
On a sweeter note, I've been absolutely loving my banana protein muffins! I've made two batches this week alone – they're that good!
