📦 Physical Products (Apparel, Equipment, etc.)
We have a 30-day return policy for physical items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible:
• Your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at contact@bodiedbymiilo.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first—they will not be accepted.

❌ Digital Products (Workout Programs, Recipe Guides, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of downloadable programs and guides are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure whether a program is right for you, feel free to reach out via DM or email—I’m happy to help!

🛠 Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@bodiedbymiilo.com so we can make it right.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.
🎁 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Digital downloads (e.g., Body Batter programs, Fit & Flavorful guide)
• Sale items or gift cards
• Personal care items (if applicable)
• Custom orders or personalized items

🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your physical item within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

💳 Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post the refund.
